Many people think that IE does a descent job at rendering HTML/CSS. As most websites look good in it.
Unfortunately it is because web developers spend hours fighting with our beautiful, consise, and validated code into a messed up hack to make it render proper in IE.
Hopefully MS will work on improving their support of web standards. WASP (the web standards people) has published ACID2 which tests browser compliance to web standards.
Currently everything sucks and breaks horribly, but it is exciting seeing David Hyatt work on Safari. He’s already gotten several of the rows fixed
Ironically I found out about Safari’s status on Planet Mozilla, which is an aggregator of mozilla blogs.
