T-Mobile Sucks

Arg... Yet again T-Mobile shows their incompetence. I really, really, really recommend anything but T-Mobile. The question is, what provider isn't bad? Any suggestions?

Hmm. I had Sprint several years ago. The only problem I remember is that my phone had poor reception (and it was my phone, not all phones). I'll check Sprint out.

Sadly (and I wish this wasn't the case), T-Mobile has actually been pretty darn good in my experience. Sure, I've wanted to pitch my phone out the window on more than one occasion, but there's a number of reasons I actually really like T-Mo: Customer Service: They are consistantly rated as excellent in customer service reviews, and I can see why; when I call in they actually seem to want to make things right. I've actually had them replace my phone before when I didn't even buy it from them in the first place (from amazon) without a hesitation. Data plans: I'm more than a little annoyed there's no Treo 650 on T-Mo yet, but as soon as it's out, I'll be all over it. I've got a $5/mo unlimited data plan for email/web on the handset (though they recently restricted it so the web requires the use of a proxy). This actually works quite well through my laptop and a bluetooth link. $5 unlimited!!! Of course, the official unlimited data is $20/month, but that's still way cheaper than any other provider I've seen with unlimited data plans.

tmobile is absoultely a garbage company! Their singals are very weak. You can not have singals in many city buildings which Verizon & AT&T; give you very good singals. tmobile's service is even worse!!! when i tranfer my family plan to another providers, they just hold one of the numbers and keep biling me for mothly family plan. On the day, I transfered to another provider, I actualy went to local tmobile store and the clerk there told me all my family numbers already went to verizon. Verizon also told me when the primary number transfer to them, the family plan's others numbers also follows. tmobile's service people keep saying Verizon transfered my other numbers, but left one with tmobile. They are very bad service and I will suggest any people who want tmobile must very very careful with their service. I end up with bad singals, bad services and need pay more than hundred dollars extra which we never used the serivces. I 100% agree tmobile sucks. they are a little cheap than others but they do not worth the money you pay at all!

I bought 2 Phones and the Family plan $150.00. Problems with phones from beginning. Customer service sucks. I got hurt at work and wanted to end my contract---$200.00 Dollar per Phone--even though I have the Family plan. With all the taxes and charges they say I owe $735.00. I will pay them but I will made sure I tell everyone I can about how much they suck.

I have been a customer of t-mobile for 4 years with 3 differnt phones. i recently called to say the side kick slide is stuck and i just bought it 2 months ago for $350 and after 4 hours of being transferred around and speaking to supervisors they just said sorry. Can't help you, buy a new one! I am furious!!

I have had a t mobile phone fore 4 years now and love them. The phone selection is low but the service has always been top notch. They replaced several of my phones and made the process easy. Also they may not get as many bars as Cingular etc but I think my phone, a standard razor, sounds better with one bar then most do with full bars.
