If you run typo, I recommend removing the settings controller after you have it setup (just rename it so you can use it if you have to by changing the name back)

I’ve gotten a Users model working that uses http-auth (I prefer http-auth since it works on a wider range of devices – namely my sidekick, while https doesn’t!)

Check out ticket #30 on the Trac site, I noticed that today myself doing my first typo install. And I've got to admit, the dev team had it all cleaned up within something like half an hour, I was very impressed.
Nice catch, though.

I got my svn checkout a couple days ago, and have been adding a lot of stuff, so haven't synced up with the trunk yet. Thanks for the pointer though.
